Sunday training
Eight Karateka attended training this morning at the Poulton Dojo, however none of them (including myself) admitted to arriving one hour early, as the clocks had changed overnight!
The training consisted of basic stretching, Kata application, light sparring and several Asai Tetsuhiko techniques.
In addition to the training, the Dojo had received its new floor mats, which I and various Karateka inspected from very close hand during the session of sweeping techniques!
As always, I find the Sunday morning sessions very beneficial, as you are able to train with the best of the club on a one to one basis, which is quality and also become more flexible with the stretching. Ossu
