Three IJKA Karateka from Whitchurch dojo were stumbled upon at Fleetwood beach recently by keen angler Sensei Bellwood on New Years day.

It's said, but yet to be confirmed that the trio had arrived in Fleetwood for the day's annual streak into Morecambe Bay for charity which takes place every year at the town.

On a serious note, the Kareteka went through Kata and Kumite on the beach in a howling gale which turned very wet not soon afterwards which is a feat in its own right.
