Club update................

Two quick photos for you all to have a look at from the past few sessions.
Sensei Jon Wills took a brilliant session going through the Kata Tekki Shodan with some really good application as you can see here from its opening sequence.
It shows how quickly someone can be incapacitated and that's before Sensei Jons right knee comes into effect which needs little in the way of explanation, for those that know the next sequence!

I think that you all will agree with me in saying that Erin and Annie are now settling in well to their new black belts and have been training whilst taking crucial examinations at school, which commendable. Both girls are doing really well with their Karate.
